IndiGo has been the premier promotions company for LGBT books since 2015.  We are the marketing company of choice for NineStar Press, Superior Author Services and some of the most popular, best selling authors in the genre.  Our experience, attention to detail and commitment to providing the best service possible ensures that you’re our number one priority.  We believe in quality over quantity and work hard to make sure that we’re focused on targeted marketing to get your book on the right sites in front of the right audience.

We organize events for both pre-release and post-release books.   Services are available a la carte or for additional savings can be purchased as a bundled package.  We organize everything from start to finish in an effort to make your job as simple and stress free as possible.

IndiGo offers the following basic services, but custom packages and specialty marketing is available upon request.

Cover Reveal $40.00

  • Included in our weekly sign-up newsletter sent to over 250 bloggers
  • Unlimited number of participants
  • Author selects the date
  • Cover must not have been previously revealed anywhere online
  • Can be done on short notice (2 weeks) but 3 – 4 weeks is optimal
  • Reveal will be on multiple blogger and social media sites
  • Custom graphic created

Release Day Blitz $50.00

A Book Blitz includes the following:

  • Included in our weekly sign-up newsletter sent to over 250 bloggers
  • Unlimited number of participants
  • Blitzes are scheduled over 3 consecutive days for maximum participation

ARC Management Service

Price per book…..$40

Looking for reviews for your book?

  • IndiGo will include your book in our weekly sign-up newsletter sent to over 250 bloggers and reviewers.  You will also have the option of making your book available to our review team which are avid readers who have been vetted by us and have agreed to post a review on Goodreads within 3 weeks of receiving a review copy.
  • We’ll create a form to keep track of all review requests and review links which will be sent to you on a bi-weekly basis.
  • All of our reader-reviewers are vetted by us to ensure they deliver quality reviews and aren’t just out for free books. We require our reviewers deliver their review within three weeks of receiving the book. Failure to do so without contacting us is an automatic removal from the team.
  • Book bloggers will read/review on their own time frame although you may specify a window of time. (1-3 months for example). We don’t typically include a copy of the book unless the blogger specifically requests a copy.
  • Please note that reviews will be honest and positive reviews are not guaranteed.
    Bloggers and Team Members will be asked to also post review to Goodreads, Amazon, B&N, etc… in addition to their blog.
  • By signing up for this service, you agree that the number of reviewers requesting a copy and writing a review is not guaranteed

Sell Sheets

A sell sheet is a concise, one-page document customized to your book cover.  Similar to a flier,  it provides all the details about your book on one piece of paper.  Use it to promote your book to retailers, leave at libraries or hand out at signing events.  Examples provided upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • While we’ll make every effort to get as many bloggers signed up for your event as possible, we do not make any guarantees as to the number of participants.
  • Events should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. Bloggers book far in advance so the more notice we have, the better chance at getting more bloggers signing up for your event.
  • Invoices must be paid in full prior to the event.
  • Authors who participate in their events by liking, commenting, and sharing posts have a greater success rate.
