IndiGo offers the following basic services, but custom packages and specialty marketing is available upon request.  We love thinking outside the box so please contact us if you have a crazy idea you’d like to run by us.

Cover Reveal $40.00

 

  • Unlimited number of participants
  • Author selects the date
  • Cover must not have been previously revealed anywhere online
  • Can be done on short notice (2 weeks) but 3 – 4 weeks is optimal
  • Reveal will be on multiple blogger and social media sites

 

Release Day Blitz $50.00

 

A Book Blitz includes the following:

  • Send out invitations to bloggers (no limit on the number of participants)
  • Create two custom graphics (1 banner, 1 square)
  • Prepare blitz packet:
    • Book Cover
    • Blurb
    • Buy Links
    • Your choice of one of the following:
      • Excerpt, teaser, playlist, book trailer, fun facts, interview, guest posts, social media links.
  • Giveaway (optional): Giveaways are optional but they do increase participation from readers
    • Giveaway promotions are administered via Rafflecopter
    • Rafflecopter event will last for a period of five days
    • The purchase and distribution of the giveaway prizes are the author’s responsibility
    • IndiGo will create and manage the Rafflecopter event
    • We will draw the individual winners and provide their information to the author. It is the author’s  responsibility to notify the winners via email
  • Blitz Promo:
    • 30+ Facebook Groups
    • 5+ Goodreads Groups
    • 2 Tweets per Day
    • IndiGo Website

NOTE: If you would like to offer review copies, we’ll be happy to include that in our correspondence to bloggers.  We can not guarantee acceptance or that you will receive positive reviews.

Blog Tours include the following:

  • Tour Set-Up:

ARC Management Service

Price per book…..$40

Looking for reviews for your book?

  • IndiGo will send out a media kit to our list of book bloggers with a request for review.  You will also have the option of making your book available to our review team which are avid readers who have been vetted by us and have agreed to post a review on Goodreads and Amazon within 2 weeks of receiving a review copy.
  • We’ll create a form to keep track of all review requests and review links which will be sent to you on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Your book will be featured on our website and in our Goodreads Group.
  • All of our reader-reviewers are vetted by us to ensure they deliver quality reviews and aren’t just out for free books. We require our reviewers deliver their review within two weeks of receiving the book. Failure to do so without contacting us is an automatic removal from the team.
  • Book bloggers will read/review on their own time frame although you may specify a window of time. (1-3 months for example). We don’t typically include a copy of the book unless the blogger specifically requests a copy.
  • Please note that reviews will be honest and positive reviews are not guaranteed.
    Bloggers and Team Members will be asked to also post review to Goodreads, Amazon, B&N, etc… in addition to their blog.
  • By signing up for this service, you agree that the number of reviewers requesting a copy and writing a review is not guaranteed

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • While we’ll make every effort to get as many bloggers signed up for your event as possible, we do not make any guarantees as to the number of participants.
  • Events should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. Bloggers book far in advance so the more notice we have, the better chance at getting more bloggers signing up for your event.
  • Invoices must be paid in full prior to the event.
  • Authors who participate in their events by liking, commenting, and sharing posts have a greater success rate.
